Key Responsibilities:
• Seeking a 'hunter' to generate leads
• Nurture accounts; Build relationships overtime, create long term relationships
• Has own set of accounts through network as well as what AArete brings to the table
• Strategic account mapping
• Will have accountbased sales targets
• Partner with Marketing & Managing Director's to develop/identify plans to sell into accounts; precise accountbased marketing & communication
• Build/maintain relationship & expand sales
Selling different services:
• Technology services
• Managed services
• Skill/Talent augmentation
Role:
Drive sales of AArete's technology services with focus around:
• Digital Transformation (Salesforce, Cloud, Custom Web and Mobile Apps)
• Data Management/Engineering (SSIS, Talend, Azure and Microsoft Data Stack)
• Data Science & Analytics (Snowflake, SQL Server, etc.)
• Cybersecurity
• Managed Services (has sold long term projects or teams with one or more of the above)
• Define and execute sales strategy to produce consistent sales results
Aggressively prospect and develop client relationships, partnerships and channels that result in new opportunities and business
• Drive campaigns, events and other sales pipeline building activities
• Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions for clients
• Lead and work with various stakeholders (Presales, Delivery, Marketing, etc) to close on sales deals
• Work on proposals, contracts, and sales closures
• Continue to pitch Technology Services to existing AArete clients.
• Continue new and mature existing technology partnerships as a sale channel.
• Narrow focus on selling Microsoft, cloud, analytics and custom application development services.
• Recalibrate sales and marketing activities for better lead generation.
• Collaborate with other partners for geographic expansion (Europe, APAC)
• Build and market products combining healthcare SME/AArete IP and technology.
• Formalize and market AArete solutions with standard tech platforms.
• Upskill, train, certify, mature processes for delivery
