Job Title: Head Secured Assets Location: Mumbai CTC: Min 1 Cr+ Age Limit: 50 to 55 years About the Company: Our client is a renowned private sector bank with a strong presence in retail and secured lending. The bank is known for its stable growth, robust governance, and customer-first approach. Role Overview: We are seeking a senior leader to head the Secured Assets vertical. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing high-value secured lending portfolios across products like Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and other mortgage-backed lendingparticularly in the prime customer segment. The individual must be capable of owning and driving the P&L of the Secured Assets business. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the secured lending business (Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans) with a focus on the prime segment and high-ticket clientele. - Drive strategy, growth, and profitability across secured asset products. - Manage and take ownership of the P&L of the Secured Assets vertical. - Oversee end-to-end credit lifecycle including sourcing, underwriting, disbursal, and collections. - Collaborate closely with credit, risk, operations, and compliance to ensure high-quality asset book. - Identify new business opportunities and design customer-centric secured lending offerings. - Build and mentor a high-performing team across geographies. - Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal risk parameters. Desired Candidate Profile: - Minimum 20+ years of experience in the financial services domain, specifically in secured lending across NBFCs or Banks. - Proven expertise in managing prime segment secured products especially Home Loans, LAP, and high-ticket loans. - Strong P&L management experience in a senior leadership capacity. - Deep understanding of credit, risk frameworks, and customer profiling. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - CTC should be 1 Cr or above in current/last role. Age: Between 50 and 55 years.
