Job Description
- Looking for an aspiring female leader with BPO operations experience to lead a large team and drive delivery.
Responsibilities will include :
- Primarily to build and manage the delivery center
- Managing both voice and non voice operations and should have worked on outcome based revenue projects
- Provide support and guidance to delivery managers across different location
- Demonstrating thought leadership and lessons learnt from the other organizations as appropriate to ensure successful delivery of contracted services levels
- Leveraging business acumen, management experience, change management skills and domain expertise skills to provide strategic and tactical support to service delivery operations of the BPO center
Desired Skills & Experience :
- 15 - 20 years of experience
- Superior academic background with consistent performance
- Should have managed both voice and back office operations, financial services background is an added advantage.
- Should have built or managed the Voice and back office support BPO operations
- Business process re engineering and optimization
- Should have managed or built delivery centers in India
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
- Good client interfacing skills
- Should be willing to work in shifts
