Job Description
Set up Internal Controls and ensure Financial Reporting is accurate (ICFR)
• Follow month close procedures and finalise Trial Balance
• P&L and Balance Sheets with schedules
• Monthly MIS as desired by the clients along with variance analysis
• Available at all times during the working hours to take calls and resolve customer queries
• Handle AR, AP, GL, FA, Forex, Inter Co reconciliations, Treasury
• Develop business score cards and SLA dashboards
• Publish governance dashboards
• Ensure smooth audits internal, statutory or specific audits
• Focus on bringing automation to enhance working experience of teams at high level of accuracy and seamless customer experience
• Handle a team of experienced accountants in multiple tenure
Desired Knowledge, skills and attitudes:
The ideal candidate should have
Hands ON
• Excellent Accounting knowledge preferably with exposure to IFRS / IndAS
• Good Excel and PPT skills
• Experience in ERP.
• Highly Tech Savvy
• Should have managed teams
• Must have ability to build blue print with regards to delivery strategy across multiple legal entities
• Experience in managing a global development team and global clientele / stakeholders.
• Handson experience in managing client expectations and efficient stakeholder management
