Esthetician / Spa Technician (Japanese Head Spa) – Evenings & Weekends
We are currently hiring a Head Spa Technician to join our team for evening and weekend shifts.
Our services are spa-based treatments rooted in relaxation, scalp health, and elevated client care. We are seeking someone with experience in personal services who understands professionalism, attention to detail, and delivering a high-quality treatment experience.
About the Role
We specialize in Japanese head spa treatments, focusing on scalp health, relaxation, and a luxury client experience.
This role is best suited for someone who is:
Experienced in hands-on client services (spa, esthetics, massage, beauty, etc.)
Detail-oriented with cleanliness and sanitation
Calm, professional, and client-focused
Training will be fully provided for our head spa services and protocols.
What You’ll Do
Perform Japanese head spa treatments (training provided)
Deliver a relaxing, elevated client experience
Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards
Prepare and reset all tools and treatment areas between clients
Follow structured service protocols
Requirements
Experience in personal services is required (spa, esthetics, beauty, wellness, or similar)
Must be available for evenings and weekends
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Compensation
This is a commission-based, independent contractor position.
Earn 35% per service + 100% of tips
No hourly pay
Earnings are based on bookings and performance
