Mountaineer (Celent), three Real Results Awards (IDC), two Product Innovation awards (Global Finance), is rated #1 Global Payments (IBS) and #1 for APIs (Aité) and for Open Banking (Gartner).https://intellectdesign.com/https://www.igtb.com/Please share CV's @ manjiri.thomre@intellectdesign.com with Current & Expected CTC, Location and notice period details with Sub: SME Head - ChennaiEssential Requirements15+ years of experience with at least 10 years as Business Analyst in an IT organization / BanksIn-depth end to end processing knowledge in at least 3 of the following areas - Payments, Electronic Collections, EIPP/EBPP, Channel banking (Internet, Mobile, API, H2H) and other Cash Management offeringsIn-depth knowledge on regional Payment rails, Direct Debits and Market practicesChange / Defect Management experience which includes analysis, solution design, documentation and query resolutionGood Communications, Presentation and Documentation skillsAbility to Manage multiple Accounts / Projects in a region with a team of 2/3 SMEs/BAs along with Delivery teamAbility to Plan across multiple deliverables and prioritize/re-prioritize/deprioritize appropriately to manage the deliverables across accounts as well in line with the organization directionTeam Management - Skill Development of team members, taking care of the growth and aspirations of the team membersAbility to monitor the productivity of the Team members and provide regular update to the ManagementProactive monitoring and reportingAbility to quickly gather requirements on client site and to create Gap Analysis, FDD, IDD plus explore multiple approaches and suggest optimal solutionsParticipate in delivering demos and requirements discussions with prospective clientsReview the documents prepared by other team members and provide inputsDefinition of Process flows, User Interface and Reports based on requirementsShould participate in Interface Study (File and Real Time interfaces)Provide functional and domain related inputs for creation of Test scenarios and Test casesReview Business Scenarios, Test Scenarios and Test CasesProvide content for creation of targeted Demos and Presentations for prospective clientsDefine Use Cases and outline User Journeys for targeted Demos and Presentations to prospective clientsResponsibilities:1. Conduct Product Walk-through / Solution Workshops with Customer2. Responsible for reviewing and understanding the business requirements of our clients and translate the business requirements into detailed functional specifications and business scenarios3. Liaison directly with banks and be responsible for end to end delivery of the requirement4. Support during various phases of Testing - SIT, UAT from functional perspective5. Responsible for detailed Products demo to Banks and Internal teams6. Liaison with Quality Assurance team for Test Planning, test data identification and test scenario and cases review7. Pre-UAT / Post UAT training to Bank Teams and post-production Query Resolutions8. Preparation / Review of Product Related Documentations+.
