Job Description
Job Purpose:
• Overall Supervision and Management of Operations in the Wholesale Banking Locations under the State, comprising of direct reporting Circles, Clusters, Currency Chest etc. as per laid down process and procedure of the bank.
• Management of all ops centers, resources and ensuring timely, error free and consistent delivery and contributing towards completion of Bank's mandates.
• Developing and maintaining very high standard of operational efficiency by making best use of available resources.
• Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements through proper process control and reporting. Implement various process improvement and productivity initiatives in Operations across Branches.
• Understand the requirement of external stakeholders and provide required solution. Client calling across CMS and Trade customers on penetration for higher transactional business.

Job Requirements:
Must have experience in Trade Finance Operations and Wholesale Banking Operations
