We are currently on the hunt for a dedicated qualified VN to join this brand-new, state-of-the-art veterinary clinic as Head Nurse opening early next year!

You:
We are looking for someone who is a current Head Nurse or someone looking to take the leap into the next step of their career! Full training and support will be provided.
If currently acting as a Veterinary Nurse with no Head Nurse experience we ask for ideally 5+ years of experience.
The role:
The Head Nurse role will include providing management, performance reviews, training and co-ordination for all relevant staff members. You will help maintain a vibrant, efficient working environment, whilst ensuring practice and group policies are adhered to at all times whilst providing outstanding patient and client care.
Hours:
40 hours a week split over a 4 or 5 day working week with roughly 1:6 weekends (with view to reduce over time) with no OOHs to ensure a healthy work/life balance. Flexible working patterns can be discussed to suit.
The practice:
This will be a practice like no other. A genuine spacious and stunning clinic. You will be joining a site with the most advanced facilities yet enabling you to offer the best possible services to clients/patients. The open plan layout will consist of but won't be limited to; consult rooms, separate dog and cat areas, dedicated X-Ray and Dental X-Ray room, ultrasound machines, separate office spaces, digital whiteboards, complete staff rooms and plenty more!
The team:
You will be joining an incredibly supportive Vet team with wonderful Nurse's, PCA's and front of house team to support. There will also be an amazing support system behind you to give you all of the tools required to provide outstanding patient care whilst continuing your own professional development.
Package:
The team are offering a salary of up to £40,000. There will be a generous CPD allowance, holiday entitlement, whole team profit share and much more!
