What will you do?
Efficiently manage a section of around 4 - 6 tables
Effectively communicate menu items and allergens to guests
Guide guests from the beginning to the end of their dining experience, providing positive, outstanding guest experience
Work collaboratively with team members, maintaining Delaware North’s standards of excellence
More about you
2+ years’ experience in a senior or head waiter role, with experience working in a high-end or luxury restaurant or hotel setting; no degree required
Strong skills in attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and working in a fast-paced environment
Extensive knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages, including wines and spirits
Physical requirements
Ability to stand for duration of shift
Ability to work evening and weekend shifts
Comfortable handling various ******* and meat products
