About us:
Since 1998 Brown Sugar is a vibrant local neighbourhood restaurant located on Curlewis Street in Bondi Beach; voted in the top 3 restaurants in Bondi (@tripadvisor) it offers a casual fine dining bistro experience by night (Tues to Sun), that turns into a vibrant cafe by day offering an all-day Brunch menu (Fri to Sun).
About you:
Hard working, highly skilled and honest, Head waiter with experience in casual fine dining who has the ability to make cocktails and coffee - who can provide our guests with the highest quality customer service.
Min 20 hours of work Wednesday to Sunday. This position can also be full time for the right candidate.
