Position Purpose
The role envisages the incumbent to ensure the Products, Processes and Controls required, are in line with the regulatory prescription and act as a bridge between the Business and the regulators for seeking clarification and providing solutions to business. The role is expected to expert in regulatory guidelines applicable to Credit, Treasury/Markets and FEMA regulations. Further, the role is also expected to take care of International Banking Unit (IBU) at Gift City and expected to handle IFSCA regulators.
Key Responsibilities
- Advisory to wholesale business on various aspects like credit, IRAC Norms, Investment Transactions etc
- Advisory to various business and operations units regarding Trade/FEMA related transactions and cross border remittances.
- Advisory to Treasury business and operations regarding markets/derivative related transactions including investment transactions.
