Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - YouTube Channel Management to spearhead our expanding video content initiatives. If you are passionate about digital media and have a proven history of achieving success on YouTube, we want to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership, Planning, and Execution:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive YouTube strategy to drive viewership, subscriber growth, and engagement.
Channel Growth:
• Apply YouTube SEO best practices (thumbnails, titles, tags, descriptions) to enhance video visibility and channel growth.
Team Leadership:
• Build and lead a high-performance YouTube team to achieve optimal results.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to align with business goals and work with partners to support growth.
Analytics:
• Utilize analytics tools such as YouTube Studio, VidIQ, TubeBuddy, Facebook analytical tools, Hootsuite, and Buffer to monitor performance.
Optimization & Innovation:
• Work closely with content creators, video editors, and graphic designers to ensure high-quality content production.
• Regularly monitor competitors and emerging trends to drive channel performance.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a leadership role managing YouTube channel operations.
• Strong understanding of YouTube analytics and performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
