JOB DESCRIPTIONTo generate new business by developing new clients, maintain current client base and through existing clients and to enhance current market share in the assigned territories; Supports in pricing, preparing quotations and customer contracts; Coordinates with related functions on finalizing contracts; Responsible for updating and maintaining all sales contracts into systems available for this purpose. Job Description1. Selling Process- Ability to align the sales strategies with the overall objectives of the organization.2. Target Achievement - Achieve Billing, Net Margin, Collections targets set as a part of Annual Plan set3. Profitability - Achieving regions profitability targets and increasing the market share through regular sales efforts.4. Customer Strategy -- Ability to develop overall strategies based on customer requirements5. Account Management- New Accounts /New Customer acquisitions EDUCATIONBachelors degree or equivalent experience in Freight Sales / Marketing / Supply Chain Solutions.MBA Desirable but not compulsory WORK EXPERIENCE⢠10 ears from the Truck Load Industry i.e. Full Truck Load / Part Load Transportation⢠Minimum 4 years of sales & business development experience handling large customers
