Job Description
Job Purpose: To ensure reliable and efficient management of all aspects of Security and administration for the solar manufacturing Jaipur unit.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and programs to ensure the safety of personnel, assets, and information within the organization.
• Conduct security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize identified risks.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct training exercises to ensure readiness in the event of an emergency.
• Manage physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems.
• Develop and implement information security policies and procedures, including user access management, data encryption, and network security.
• Manage vendor relationships related to security and administration functions, including security guards, cleaning services, and maintenance contractors.
• Manage administrative functions, including facilities management, office services, and travel arrangements.
• Develop and manage budgets related to security and administration functions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to security and administration.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to the security and administration team, including hiring, training, and performance management
Profile & Eligible Criteria:
• Should have completed his graduation
• Ex Serviceman with 10-15 years of experience in leading Security & Administration in a large Manufacturing plant.
• Well-honed communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
• Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy levels.
• Age should not be more than 50.
