Job Title: Health- Administration Officer
Location: Glenelg and Christie Downs Health Studios
Job type: Casual

The role: Do you have great administration and telephone skills? Do you love meeting new people and making conversation and customer focused?
We're looking for someone with exceptional customer service, great communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude to join our team in our busy allied health clinics, providing front of house reception services on a casual basis.
What you'll do:
Provide exceptional front desk customer service, including answering phones & greeting customers and visitors
Schedule and booking customer appointments
Records and document management
Cash handling and managing payments
Process Medicare and private health fund payments
General administration tasks to support the Allied Health Team
About You!
A passion for customer service
Experience in a fast paced, reception type role
Attention to detail, with high degree of accuracy
Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
Exceptional organisational & time management skills
Warm, energetic and engaging manner
Ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm
Ability to problem solve
Strong database skills, with the ability learn new systems quickly
Strong computer literacy skills, working with Microsoft Office Suite of products
You will need:
A CURRENT Police Check for aged care less than 12 months old
