- Ensuring that customer service is top of the game and as per our standards
- Consulting prescriptions and patients
- Arranging the medicines in the racks and in medical boxes
- Recommending another brand of medicine but of the same molecule to the patient
- Answering Customer queries face to face or by Phone
- Selling OTC medicines and various offers
- Managing of expiry medication
- Billing process in computer software
- Handling cash in billing counter and deposit in the bank
- Monitoring and analyzing the expenditure on drugs, providing reports as required
- Conducting accurate weekly audit process
- Establishing, developing and maintaining relationship with existing and new customers
• Salary: ₹11,000.00 - ₹1+,000.00 per month
