To ensure this is the case we are recruiting for a Head of Health Safety to lead the charge in developing and implementing cutting-edge health and safety strategies across the business. It will be your role to provide leadership in driving a safety culture within our service areas and ensure that we meet all applicable statutory requirements. Ensuring robust auditing processes are in place to assure compliance to legislative requirements including statutory landlord H&S legislation.
You will be an effective communicator with a naturally collaborative style that gets the best out of people and your ability to provide focus, support, and challenge will be crucial. You will need to champion and drive change from the ground up. Someone who thrives on both hands-on involvement and strategic planning. You'll need to be someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and provide strong leadership and direction, shaping our overall health and safety initiatives for our residents and colleagues.
