We are seeking a skilled Public Health Advisor to join our team in Launceston. As a Public Health Advisor, you will provide expert advice on environmental health matters and contribute to the development of policies and programs that promote public health.
Key Responsibilities
Provide environmental and public health advice for development applications and recommend conditions of approval.
Lead and supervise the environmental health and municipal inspectorate team.
Requirements
At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Tertiary qualifications in Health Science (Environmental Health).
Proven knowledge of, and experience in, assessing applications and investigating complaints related to environmental health, public health, and food businesses.
