Position Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and promote our health-focused meal subscription services.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their unique health goals, and guiding them towards choosing the right meal subscription plan.
Your role will play a critical part in helping individuals achieve their health and wellness objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Relationship Building : Build and nurture strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication and active listening.
Understand their specific health goals, dietary preferences, and dietary restrictions.
Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our meal subscription plans, including their nutritional benefits and how they align with various health conditions such as weight loss, diabetes management, PCOS, etc.
Consultative Sales : Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential customers to identify their health and dietary needs.
Offer solutions that match their goals, including recommending the most appropriate meal subscription plan.
Sales Conversion : Drive sales by effectively closing deals and converting leads into customers. Use persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and provide a seamless buying experience.
Customer Education : Educate customers on the nutritional value of our meal plans, portion control, meal preparation, and how these factors contribute to their health goals.
Goal Tracking : Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer preferences, and sales progress. Monitor and track your sales performance against targets.
Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights for product improvement and marketing strategies.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, or related field preferred.
Proven track record in sales, ideally in a health or nutrition-related industry.
Strong understanding of nutrition and its impact on health.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Results-oriented with a passion for helping others achieve their health goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
