About the Role: We seek a highly skilled Health Care Assistant to provide high-standard assistance and enhance our residents' way of life. This involves assisting them to participate in social, cultural, spiritual, and leisure activities that improve, maintain, or minimise loss of function.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support to residents with varying levels of need.

Develop and deliver lifestyle programs to promote engagement, participation, and well-being.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.

Requirements include a minimum Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, previous experience in residential care settings, and working rights within Australia. A National Police Clearance, Current First Aid Certificate, and Influenza Statement (with Covid-1+ Vaccinations desirable) are also mandatory.
