The JHC workforce is an integrated, multi-disciplinary team of Defence members, civilians, contractors and professional health providers. We work together to manage around one million patient health service interactions with Defence members each year.

The Health Clerk Team is the face and administration hub of the health centre, responsible for managing the initial patient streaming (triage), medical appointments, referrals, specialist bookings and administration processes. This position reports to the APS 6 Practice Manager

Our Ideal Candidate

The candidate must be customer focused and able to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders to support the delivery of safe, efficient, and high quality care to patients. They must have strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to quickly develop rapport and foster effective working relationships.
