Responsibilities
As the Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning content strategy and execution for healthcare leadership audiences
This role will report to the Associate Director of Marketing and will work closely with the Campaigns Manager and Email Marketing Manager to achieve marketing priorities
Responsibilities include building and owning a quarterly content calendar, working cross-functionally to create engaging content across media (webinars, white papers, conference presentations, blogs, guides, etc.). Support the creation of advertising tactics as necessary
Ultimately, you should be able to bring imagination and enthusiasm to the task of developing our content strategy and brand presence
Design content marketing strategies and set quarterly content goals
Lead content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
Collaborate with Campaigns Manager to develop key assets for marketing campaigns
Incorporate key messaging
Deliver engaging content on a regular basis that advances the Best Buy Health story, including blogs and articles, webinars and presentations, white papers, videos, and social posts
Ensure style consistency, edit, proofread and improve content
Lead quality assurance for all external content
Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
Manage content creation bandwidth by strategically leveraging freelance support
Develop content promotion plans in accordance with the campaigns calendar
Gather feedback and ideas for content from across the business and customers
Interview customers and industry experts

Knowledge of pharma/life sciences industry and health plan audiences is a plus. This role will report to the Associate Director of Marketing and will work closely with the Campaigns Manager and Email Marketing Manager to achieve marketing priorities.

Responsibilities include building and owning a quarterly content calendar, working cross-functionally to create engaging content across media (webinars, white papers, conference presentations, blogs, guides, etc.). Support the creation of advertising tactics as necessary.

Ultimately, you should be able to bring imagination and enthusiasm to the task of developing our content strategy and brand presence.

This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another US based non-Best Buy Health location.

What You’ll Do

Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• 3+ years of experience marketing to healthcare organizations
• Experience building a content and thought leadership strategy and annual content calendar
• Experience building presentations for conferences and/or webinars

Preferred Qualifications
• Proficiency in WordPress or other Content Management Software
• Understanding of web publishing requirements
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
• Expertise in social media platforms(LinkedIn)
• Project management skills and attention to detail
• Editorial experience with an ability to understand audience preferences
• Experience managing other writers
• Knowledge of Health plans, pharma/life sciences industry
• Ability to travel occasionally within the US (3-5x/year)
• Experience leveraging AI with content strategy and/or workflow
