FTE salary range dependent on experience $128,800.00 – $140,000.00 (package includes 12% Super)

The Role
You’ll be at the heart of our diverse, client-centred practice, providing occupational therapy services across multiple settings including homes, schools, community hubs, and clinics. With a varied caseload that spans from early intervention to adult clients, you’ll play a key role in shaping and celebrating the successes of individuals with disability or developmental needs. You will lead a team of OTs with a range of experience, providing clinical supervision, mentoring of reports, and other clinical leadership activities to ensure our OT services are always of the highest quality.
Your Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical supervision and leadership to our OT team.
Develop and ensure OT services are continuously improving and evidence-based
Assess and set goals in collaboration with your clients.
Developing, implementing and monitoring intervention programs.
Keeping detailed records relating to client conditions, care plans, therapies and progress.
Maintaining a high-quality general standard of care for clients and their families.
Keeping up to date with the latest findings and developments in the international field of occupational therapy to ensure clients are always receiving the best standard of care possible.
You’ll Fit Right In If You
Hold tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and are registered (or eligible to register) with AHPRA
Have a car and valid licence
Are passionate about working with clients from all walks of life
Hold or are willing to obtain a WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, first aid certificate
Have a minimum of 3 years experience as an OT
