Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Health Insurance Specialist at Maklav Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. The Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as communicating with clients, managing health insurance policies, providing customer service, and driving sales. Some remote work is acceptable for this role.
Qualifications
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Health Insurance and Insurance policies
• Sales skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of Health Insurance regulations and guidelines
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
