A leading Construction Project is urgently hiring for the role of HSE Officer
QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• Valid NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent international safety certification
• Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) as an HSE professional
• Proven experience as a Safety Officer (SO) in similar work environments
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and safety procedures
• Certified in CPR and First Aid
• Minimum of 5 years in health, safety, and environmental roles
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures in line with Saudi regulations
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
• Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions
• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation, reports, and inspection records
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and client representatives
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement
NOTE:
• Candidate should have a valid Iqama ID minimum of 3 months 2026
