Implementation of Health, Safety, Wellbeing & Environment strategies to support the strategic priorities of ANZOT/ANZSSI and ANZ's overall strategic agenda.
What will your day look like
As a Health & Safety Specialist, you will deliver value for ANZ. You will understand:
Adopt prevention strategies to Lead, Plan, Develop, Implement, Assess and Control HEALTH & HYGIENE related initiatives across ANZOT and ANZSSI in order to identify, control and mitigate physical, mental, psychological and physiological health issues in workplace across the organization thus providing a healthy workplace for all.
Deliver high quality advice and operational support on SAFETY and people issues to support ANZ India business objectives and create a well placed platform to regard ANZ India as a 'best practice' employer in the area of Safety and wellbeing.
Through passion, care and technical expertise, design, implement and manage a range of WELLBEING initiatives, activities and programs across ANZ India to create the right ambience and mindset for staff to deliver quality products with increased productivity.
Recognise, provide and manage a transparent and demonstrable ENVIRONMENT Compliance framework at ANZ India, consistent to policies and procedures that have been standardised across wider Organizations (ISO 14001:2015) and which clarifies & puts in place our roles, responsibilities and accountabilities to fulfil our mandate to Environment Regulatory Compliance.
Contribute ideas, solutions and approaches to plan, develop and support ANZ in integrating & managing Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Environment requirements for all NEW INFRASTRUCTURES AND FACILITIES planned and that in progress.
Design and manage organization wide Health, Safety, Wellbeing & Environment REPORTING to key stakeholders in a timely and regular manner, ensuring direct and truthful presenting of issues in an unvarnished truth in all reporting with solution based advice and support.
Support and advice is based on standard Best Practice and relevant Acts and regulations, enabling timely completion of projects.
Sense what will help or hinder achieving Project priorities and ensure all potential HSW&E issues from construction to occupancy manage BUDGET & EXPENSE needed to deliver Health, Safety and Wellbeing objectives efficiently and effectively at ANZOT & ANZSSI.
Prepare and manage a realistic annual HSW and Sports budget for ANZ India.
Prepare a robust expense plan/spending pattern for effective and productive expenditure.
