Role Overview
The Deputy Director, Psychiatric Center 1 - Quality Management (DDPC 1 - QM) serves as a critical member of the Executive Management Team at Sagamore Children's Psychiatric Center (SCPC).
This position oversees the Quality Management Program, driving strategic initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of care delivered to individuals and families served.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and managing departments involved in the Quality Management Program: program evaluation, risk management, utilization review, health information management, and staff development.
Collaborating with OMH, The Joint Commission, and external regulatory agencies to ensure adherence to relevant standards, cultural competence, and continuous quality improvement.
Maintaining high-quality care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
