checking status of provider claim payment issue) for internal customers and providers

You will be working directly with the group manager to define administrative tasks and carve out responsibilities

Remote, Long-Term Contract-- Potential for Conversion at 6 months

As a Healthcare Administrator for Brooksource, you will be assisting a team within the healthcare space to organize and manage the group email account and voicemail box. Your responsibilities will include sorting through email and responding to internal requests, following up on voicemails, managing issues (i.e. checking status of provider claim payment issue) for internal customers and providers. You will be working directly with the group manager to define administrative tasks and carve out responsibilities.
