• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Proven experience as a healthcare administrator, hospital manager, or in a similar leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in healthcare management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing hospital operations, staff, and budgets.

• Working Hours
• Full-time, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekends or evenings as needed to meet operational demands.
