Are you interested in being part of our Cardiothoracic and Otorhinolaryngology (ORL) team working in our busy operating theatres? Would you like to work in a highly specialized perioperative environment with multidisciplinary teams?
If yes, then this may be the role you are looking for!
Join our Level 4 Theatre team and be part of something truly special. As a HealthCare Assistant, youll work across 7 operating theatres, including a state-of-the-art Hybrid OR where advanced interventional procedures take place. Youll also support Cardiothoracic and ORL surgeries across Level 4, and a paediatric cardiac theatre located at Starship Childrens Hospital.
Our teams deliver highly specialised and life-changing surgery, including cardiac, thoracic, ORL, and heart and lung transplant procedures. This is a fast-paced, highly-skilled environment where your contribution directly supports patients through some of the most complex surgical journeys, and the sense of reward is huge. As one of our Health Care Assistants, youll work closely alongside the nursing teams, providing both clinical and non-clinical support to patients. Your role will also include essential tasks that help keep operating theatres, pre-operative, and post-operative areas running smoothly and efficiently.
