We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide support to clinical staff with patient care, manual handling, and transportation of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting patients to the front of the hospital for private transportation
Lifting and turning of patients using appropriate manual handling techniques with the use of equipment
Undertaking general patient care duties
Renewal of oxygen cylinders and medical gases
Mortuary duties
Companioning of patients
Cleaning and maintenance of various equipment
