Job Role

The Assistant Consultant - Human Resources role supports the effective delivery of human resources services to management and employees of Addiction and Mental Health Services. This includes assisting in the preparation of high-quality documents and records, providing advisory services to line managers and staff, and participating in case management and grievance investigations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of documents and records, including briefing notes and meeting materials

Provide advisory services to line managers and staff on Human Resources functions

Participate in case management and grievance investigations
