About the Job
Healthcare Consultant position at VyasLife acts as the liaison between company, doctors and pharmaceutical companies. They are the voice, tone, and face of the VyasLife through communication, and digital engagement within healthcare ecosystem. The person hired for this position will be responsible for building brand presence and trust with healthcare practitioners and pharmaceutical companies, both online and in-person.
He/ She will be responsible for helping our customers — Doctors, top hospitals, Pharmaceutical and medical devices companies, and government agencies see the benefits of our solutions. As a healthcare expert of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will play a key role in communicating with doctors and Pharma companies.

Roles & Responsibilities
§ Develop and implement the strategic partnership with the Key Accounts (Doctors, Hospitals, Medical Associations and Pharma companies
§ Be single point of contact for these accounts. Work with all the stakeholders within Company (Delivery, Sales, Product) as well as with key stakeholders on the customer side.
§ Be the central point of contact and responsibility for customer problem resolution and satisfaction.
§ Repeat business and customer satisfaction to be key KPIs to measure
§ Customer Engagement Activities and constant interaction with doctors and clients in order to build long-term relationships
§ Co-ordination of RFQ process with operations to submit proposals to prospective projects and customers.
§ Preparation of project plans with content team and monitoring of members to ensure the delivery of assignments in a timely manner.
§ Present and communicate the company offerings to clients and signing up the clients for the offered services.
§ Accountable for leading external scientific/clinical exchange with the scientific and medical community of doctors and to bring the medical voice of the customer back into the organization (includes 1:1 interaction, advisory boards, medical education, congress presentations, publications, and congress sponsorships).
§ Complete ownership of working relationship with assigned doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare agencies., which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of satisfaction
§ Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned doctors, KOLs, hospitals and healthcare agency accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them
§ Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship with doctors and hospitals to help drive continued value of our products and services for them.
§ Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to understand doctors’ needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
§ Collaborate, problem solve, and strategize for upcoming doctors and KOL meetings/interviews with team members
§ Act as an interview host and moderator for video interviews and panel discussion with doctors.
§ Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all HCP Engagement initiatives
§ Assist in creating training courses and educational materials for other members of the department
§ Work with the sales and marketing team to support project closures and develop case studies
Personality Traits & Professional Requirements
A self-starter who possesses a strong drive for results and enthusiastic about maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, providing support to the sales team, on-boarding and training clients, and minimizing churn. A professional and a positive outlook would provide value in terms of medical and clinical insights generation for client projects, improving customer experience through proactive communication.
Successful candidates must be analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new work systems, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Healthcare Consultant should engage with customers, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our customer base.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
