Your Impact
You'll play a pivotal role in leading teams that drive business growth and improve patient experience. As the Senior Manager of Recruiting, you'll lead a talented group of recruiters, partner with US recruiting team and Punes senior leadership, and set realistic goals for your team.
What You'll Do
- Develop recruiting strategies focused on attracting top talent, candidate experience, process improvement, and leadership engagement
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure recruiting is never the bottleneck to growth
- Measure and report recruiting metrics to identify areas of success and improvement
- Mentor and coach recruiters, focusing on their individual development and growth
- Create a sense of belonging among team members
Requirements
- 7 years of total recruiting experience, with at least 2 years of direct leadership experience managing recruiters
- Demonstrated history of building scalable recruitment processes based on strong infrastructure of reporting
- Organized, process-oriented approach to work
- Strong ability to leverage data to create insights that drive the recruiting team forward
- Entrepreneurial mentality and bias to action
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
