Beck is seeking a talented Healthcare Interior Design Coordinator II to join our Dallas team. This role is deeply involved in design conceptualization and visualization, working within the design team to translate ideas into cohesive, compelling environments.
The Interior Designer Coordinator is responsible for advancing design intent from early concepts through project completion, applying a strong foundation in interior design principles. As one of the industry’s most advanced users of 3D modeling and visualization tools, Beck expects candidates to be comfortable and fluent in tools such as SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Enscape, and emerging technologies to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
The job involves the following responsibilities:
Present design ideas and schemes to owners and project team in a three-dimensional format
Develop interior design deliverables, as part of a larger project team, though all aspects of a job
Communicate design intent to the project team
Participate in brainstorming sessions and internal competitions
Participate in design charrettes and generate multiple comprehensive design ideas for clients and design team
Build a relationship with a client and lead the client through difficult decisions
Effectively mentor less experienced design staff
Collaborate with our internal preconstruction and construction team members
Enjoy working in a team environment
Represent Beck within the Interior Design Community

A reliable Healthcare Interior Design Coordinator II with the ability to develop interior design schemes and ideas while participating on a team through all aspects of the interiors of a project. An individual that exhibits passion to get things done and possess uncompromising authenticity and integrity. An individual with an interest in the integrated project delivery method and an interest in being innovative in process improvement and technology will be an ideal candidate for this position. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to conceptualize ideas and present them in a three-dimensional format using one of our many technology platforms.
You also meet the following requirements:
A degree in interior design or architecture.
2-5 years of relevant Healthcare Interior Design experience
Pursuit of Professional Registration preferred
Physical Demands:
Frequently required to sit, stand, and move about the office; frequently moving outdoors may be required; ability to lift and carry large plans or boxes in excess of 10 lbs; frequently operates a computer and other office equipment; ability to coordinate and participate in client meetings; constantly communicates with project team and related parties; ability to maintain standards related to architectural design and production; ability to adhere to timely and consistent attendance. May require travel or co/location.
