Avant Law is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you'll assist our Solicitors in managing the legal practice and contribute to its effective functioning.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to Avant Law, including drafting correspondence, court filing, and liaising with witnesses and experts.
Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, as well as processing accounts payable invoices and monthly billings.
Preparing and maintaining legal files, including drafting and formatting legal documentation.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Previous experience in an administrative or paralegal position in a legal environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Intermediate level competence in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
