The role involves working in a 80-bed facility located 30km south-west of Melbourne's city centre. You will have the opportunity to work on a part-time basis and be flexible with your availability.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care to residents in accordance with individual care plans
Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and staff
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
