Responsibilities

As an RN Home Care, your duties will include:

Addressing routine messages in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) within 2 days and urgent messages within 1 day.

Attending nursing in-services or completing make-up assignments within 2 weeks of assignment.

Counselling and coaching staff, administering disciplinary action promptly, and ensuring MAs document patient Vital Signs and pre-assessment questions.

Documenting patient history accurately and thoroughly, following Policies and Procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Ensuring clinic workflow is smooth, focusing on productivity and efficiency, including assigning lunch times and breaks, setting up exam rooms, ordering supplies, and supporting provider productivity.

Maintaining site compliance with TJC, DHS, CHDP, and Medi-Cal Managed Care requirements.
