Senior Associate Provider Network

Whereas today, +0% of individual healthcare and wellness related expenses in India are out of pocket on Primary Care; be it Mental Wellness, Fitness, Nutrition, Diagnostics, Medicines, and most of all, regular doctor appointments.
The Covid-1+ Pandemic has not only caused such expenses to increase multi fold, but also created a need for accessible systems.
In a professional setting, such offerings are either lacking, or provided in an ad hoc, broken manner through various individual platforms.

Senior Associate - Provider Network
• As part of your day-to-day work, you will be responsible for :
• Empaneling the Medical Service Providers & increasing home visit coverage
• Scrutiny of the providers documents and entry in Excel Network Master File
• Registering the service provider in the portal and mapping the packages.
• Sending standard letters and reminders to the service provider with respect to pending
documents
• Training of providers on utilization of our Dashboard
• Maintaining reports statistics and analysis in respect to QC rejection and grievances. Preparing
MIS Reports, if required
• Coordination with other internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Time to time review of the service quality of the providers
• Provider Audit & Mystery Shopping
Required Candidate profile
• Immediate Joiners Highly Preferred
• Graduate / Post Graduate with Minimum 2-4 years of experience in client management preferably in Insurance / TPA industry
• Good understanding of Life Insurance operations
• Good Knowledge of MS Office
• Strong process & team management skills
CTC - 5 to 6 LPA
Location - Marathalli, Bangalore (WFO, 6 Days working)
