Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with position requirements and organizational culture.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
• Reporting: Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management as required.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience as a Healthcare Recruiter in North America is required.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare roles, credentials, and regulatory requirements is essential.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse candidates and stakeholders. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
