Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Recruiter at TalentRupt Inc. in Noida. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for healthcare staffing, hiring, clinical, communication and recruiting activities on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
• Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting skills.
• Hiring and Customer Service skills.
• Some hiring on positions like registered nurse (with all specialties).
• Need to calculate pay packages -W2 and Per diem.
• Strong communication skills.
• Need to prepare submittal package.
• Basic clinical recruitment cycle.
• Experience in healthcare recruitment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Clinical, Healthcare, Hospital preferred.
