Our established health sector is experiencing an exciting and sustained period of growth, working with some of the largest NHS Trusts in the country to deliver a wide range of projects. We are searching for an experienced and ambitious individual to lead our London and Southeast team, driving growth of the health business in the region while also delivering projects and programmes of work of the highest quality.

You’ll also have:
• Extensive demonstrable experience of winning work with and successfully delivering projects for health clients and NHS Trusts, ideally in the London and Southeast region.
• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the health sector.
• Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
• Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
