Healthcare Support Specialist
Job Overview
The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the HR & Admin Unit and the project team at FIND. Key responsibilities include travel coordination, procurement management, reimbursement processing, administrative support, assets & inventory management, and ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of all purchases and inventory levels.
Responsibilities:
• Arrange domestic and international travel for employees and consultants
• Coordinate travel for training participants, external consultants, and the FIND team
• Process travel claims, vendor invoices, and other reimbursements
• Maintain a master tracker for all invoices submitted to finance for payment processing
• Reconcile travel-related documents and submit them to finance for processing
