Job Description:
As a Sales Calling Professional at Lister Ventures Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for initiating and managing B2B sales calls, primarily focused on the healthcare industry in the USA. You will work evening/night shifts to align with US business hours and play a crucial role in generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct B2B sales calls with potential clients in the healthcare industry in the USA.
• Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and other lead generation strategies.
• Present and explain Lister's medical billing services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
• Understand client needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
• Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client information in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and Lister's service offerings.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales calling.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry in the USA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evening/night shifts to align with US business hours.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
