Principal Accountabilities:
Managing the efficient flow and congestion of passengers travelling through Heathrow terminals
Providing key compliance security messaging to all passengers
Liaising with Heathrow Security, Airlines, Ground Handlers, and UK Border Force
Interacting and engaging with passengers
Supporting passengers with way finding and guidance
Physically being able to meet the demands of the role (standing for duration of the shift)
There is a potential opportunity to progress into a full-time role at the end of the Apprenticeship. Ethos Farm are passionate about developing their people and progressing and promoting from within. Their Learning & Innovation team provide an array of development courses that are completely free of charge, and every colleague has their own development plan which forms part of the annual review process.
