Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician located in Regina, SK. The Service Technician will be responsible for installation, performing maintenance and repair on heating and air conditioning systems, conducting preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency, and troubleshooting system issues to restore functionality. Additionally, the Service Technician will emphasize customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and providing exceptional service. Must also have plumbing experience.
Qualifications
• Experience in performing Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance tasks
• Strong Troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Relevant technical certification or diploma
• Previous experience in the HVAC/Plumbing industry is advantageous
