We’re seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Technicians with at least two years’ open-cut mining experience working on a range of mobile plant equipment. This is a great opportunity to join our Emeco team at the Mungari site, located just 20 minutes from Kalgoorlie.

What your day looks like:
Ongoing maintenance and optimisation of Emeco’s heavy earthmoving fleet.
Providing support to the Emeco rental fleet as required
Working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policy and procedures to minimise the risk of injury to yourself and others.
Ensuring all maintenance and optimisation targets are met on time and within budget.
Working with Emeco customers and stakeholders to meet larger organisational objectives.

Liebherr R9350
Hitachi EX1200
CAT D10T Dozers
CAT 785D Dump Trucks
CAT 16M Graders
What we'll need from you:
Must have full working rights within Australia
Proven post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi
Recognised National Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Fitter Trade Qualification
High level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles
Hold a current Australian Driver's License (HR is preferable)
High risk licence (is preferable) but we also offer in-house training.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and ******* screening, and provide a current National Police Check.
