Job Description
RTA are currently seeking a fully qualified Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic to join the business on a full-time basis.
As a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic you will maintain our equipment to ensure it is roadworthy and your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Repairs, servicing checks and Service of Heavy-Duty Road trucks
Maintain completed work records to an acceptable standard
Comply with all relevant legislation, regulations and the company's policies & procedures
The successful candidate will have:
Trade qualifications as a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic
A valid HR/MC license (desirable but not essential)
Willingness to undertake and clear a full Medical & drug & ******* fitness assessment
Provide Rights to work in Australia
Great attention to detail, taking pride in your work
National Police Clearance

Pay: $38.00 – $50.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay:
Overtime pay
Experience:
Heavy Duty Diesel mechanic: 1 year (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
MC Licence (Preferred)
Work Authorisation:
Australia (Preferred)
