Job Description
Accurate Mechanical and Welding is looking for a Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician with 3-5 years experience, to start immediately in a full-time position
Key Responsibilities
Lube, service, diagnose, repair, assemble, and maintain vehicles and equipment
Timely and accurate diagnosis and repair including computer diagnosis to identify fault codes
Provides guidance and instruction to less experienced, or apprentice maintenance personnel
Performing hands on maintenance and repairs of all equipment
Diagnosing electrical, mechanical and hydraulic troubles
Making repairs according to the manufacturers specifications
Positive attitude, initiative, diligence, and reliability
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Knowledge of component R/R and electrical system
Other duties as required
Applicants must have a valid drivers license with fewer than 6 demerits on drivers abstract
3 - 5 years of industry experience
Excellent mechanical knowledge
Journeyman Certificate (Red Seal) Heavy Equipment Technician
CVIP certification or willing to obtain
Physically fit, heavy lifting required
