Hiring Heavy Duty Plant Mechanic for UK.
Requirement:
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in heavy plant machinery.
• Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems, and other critical components.
• Conduct regular maintenance and service of heavy machineries like loaders, excavators, dozers, etc.
• Ensure all machinery is properly serviced to meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Perform detailed inspections of plant machinery and equipment to identify potential issues before they lead to breakdowns.
• Work closely with operators and supervisors to ensure equipment is ready for use.
• Assist in the setup, operation, and adjustment of machinery when required.
• Follow strict safety guidelines and ensure equipment meets regulatory standards.
Qualification:
• Proven experience as a Heavy Duty Plant Mechanic or in a similar role.
• Experience working with specific heavy machinery brands (e.g., Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi).
• Extensive knowledge of heavy machinery, including engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., trade certificate, licenses, etc.).
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
